Sally Eckels came to SupermarketGuru.com with a diverse background from music and television to teaching., and now add Managing Editor to her responsibilities at Consumer Insight, Inc. After moving to Los Angeles from Georgia and working as a media specialist for elementary and middle school students, Sally met Phil and began working as managing editor of SupermarketGuru.com. Kathy started checking those supermarket shelves and attending food trade shows with Phil back in 1983. A working Mom with 3 daughters and an always hungry husband, Kathy makes sure that our visitors, readers, listeners and viewers are on top of the latest trends on radio and television. In XR23 she will share her keen insights into how people shop and how they use the latest in-store technologies.
 

Kevin Coupe
Kevin Coupe, Contributing Editor to both Xtreme Retail 23 and SupermarketGuru.com and is a writer and analyst specializing in food retailing in the U.S. and around the world. Kevin captures the special relationship between shopkeeper and shopper, especially in a technological society in which the rules and roles are constantly changing.

Allison Bloom is a Los Angeles-based freelance writer with expertise in food, health, travel, pets, women and teens.
